Shipping Policy

We ship accessories worldwide from CN. For equipments, we have local warehouses worldwide. We will arrange shipment according to your location and stock availability. For more information of stock, please contact us to place an order.

Processing and Shipping Time

• Once the payment has been received in full and such has been confirmed by Unistar, please allow a 7-day processing time, which depends on your location.
• Once the item is processed and shipped, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery which may vary according to different coutries/regions. 
• A tracking number will be shared with you via your preferred means of communication. You can check the delivery on carrier's website.

 

Shipping Cost

• Please note that the product prices shown on site do NOT include shipping costs, taxes or any other duties relating to customs or domestic fees. Shipping cost is based on the carrier, product weight, product size among other factors.
• In case the package is returned to us or shipment is considered 'Undeliverable' for any reason, we will arrange shipments to you again. Please note that any additional fees or charges incurred will be borne by buyers.
• For added protection, you may choose to purchase insurance from the carrier at your own discretion.

 

If there is an item missing from your order or the wrong item has been sent, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to solve the problem.
