Return Policy

All sales final. No cancellations or returns.


Return (If applicable)

All sales are final and non-refundable except the following conditions：
  • The problem is missing in transit
  • You received a incorrect item
  • You received a product is damaged  (Such products can only be returned in accordance with the return procedure for defective products and subject to additional restrictions, please see our After-sale Service.)

Please make sure that the item for returning is in a condition that it can be sold again and that the original package is intact.
  • Product remains unused
  • In Resell-able condition


Return Procedure

Please contact us for any return request within 48 hours after receipt. We will provide you with the return address once accepting your return request.
Once we receive the returned products and determine that they satisfy return conditions, the refund will be credited back to your account (depending on how you paid) within 14 business days.

 

    No Exchange

    Considering the speciality of miners, any exchange is not supported unless the wrong products are sent.
